Conrad Woody is a Principal in Korn Ferry’s Washington, DC office and a member the firm’s Government Affairs Practice.
Mr. Woody specializes in executing senior-level federal, state, and international government affairs searches for major corporations and trade associations in a broad range of industries including financial services, health care, insurance, aviation, defense and technology. Some of his recent clients include Amazon.com, Accenture, The Boeing Company, BMW North America, Caterpillar Inc., Cisco Systems, CVS Caremark, Delta Air Lines, Google, The Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA), NYSE Euronext, Prudential, Starbucks Coffee Company and Walgreens.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Woody was a member of the firm-wide diversity recruiting team at Goldman Sachs, where he managed pre-college outreach initiatives and diversity recruitment in the Black, Native American, and Disability space. Mr. Woody began his career as an aide for Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes-Norton (D-DC).
Mr. Woody serves on the boards of Starting With Today, Inc. and Step Afrika Inc. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science at Howard University, where he is a life member of the Howard University Alumni Association.
